Honda Goldwing Free Keyless Remote Programming for years 2001 - 2008
The keyless entry system in Honda Goldwing is the manufacturer's's key-less entry system. If you have to replace a lost or damaged key-fob remote you can reprogram Honda Goldwing using the below steps.
Step 1.
Insert key into the ignition and turn it to the ON position.
Step 2.
Aim the remote at the trunk within 4 seconds press the RELEASE button.
Step 3.
Turn the ignition to the OFF position.
Step 4.
REPEAT steps 1-3 TWO more times (do not remove the key just turn it in the ignition)
Step 5.
Turn the key to the ON position, aim the remote at the trunk and press the RELEASE button. DO NOT TURN IGNITION OFF
Step 6.
Aim the same remote at the trunk within 4 seconds press the RELEASE button.
Step 7.
Repeat step 6 for any other remotes you wish to program. If no further remotes are being programmed proceed to step 8. (you can program 3 remotes)
Step 8.
Turn the ignition to the OFF position. Programming is now complete.
